Hurry up, slowly. In our gardens in summer we serve dinner and aperitifs in the Champagne bar, offering a refined and continuously updated selection by the glass.

The Pashà garden, at the foot of the medieval castle of Conversano, is the ideal place to savor the chef's creations in the summer, or to stop for a drink with the advice of our sommelier.
