These general conditions of sale have to be carefully examined by the customer prior to the completion of the distance purchase process. It is understood that the execution of the purchase order through this website implies full and complete knowledge of these general conditions of sale and their acceptance: the customer, with the execution of the purchase order through the website http://www.ristorantepasha.com unconditionally accepts and agrees to observe these terms and conditions of sale and the payment terms set out below, claiming to have read and accepted all the indications provided. These general conditions of sale are to be considered apply and in force until these are posted on this website. The eventual modification of the conditions of sale in question will be posted on the website and the new general conditions of sale will be applicable only to orders placed from the day of their publication.

The information relating to products capable of distance selling through this website are provided in accordance with the laws in force and, in particular, Articles 52 and 53 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 number 206).

4. Completion of contract

This information and the details contained in this website constitute a sale offer made by Ristorante Pashà to its web customers. These conditions are strictly reserved to the purchase in the terms and conditions provided on the web and they can not be applied to purchases at the on-site restaurant.

5. Price of the product

The prices on the website are inclusive of VAT. In accordance with the provisions of art. 53 of the Consumer Code, the Customer receives, at the time of purchase, payment notification from Paypal.

6. Payment methods

The payment by the customer can only be made by Paypal. Payment is made to the certificate Paypal account of the Ristorante Pashà which belongs to the address info@ristorantepasha.com.

7. Delivery

Upon purchase the user will receive a certificate of payment (voucher) with a number of unique transaction. Presenting with such certification at Ristorante Pashà, the user can take advantage of the offer purchased, without further expense and subject to the conditions set out in the offer.

8. Return and right of withdrawal

The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal provided for by art. 64 of the Consumer Code. It's in the interest of Ristorante Pashà that the customer can exercise this right of withdrawal under the best possible conditions. The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 days from the date of purchase. The right of withdrawal may be exercised with respect to certain products and services mentioned art. 55, D. Lgs. N. 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

10. Limitation of liability

The execution performance by Ristorante Pashà may be suspended in case of occurrence of unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure that prevent or delay the execution. They are considered as such, for example, but not limited to, the strikes. Ristorante Pashà will inform the Customer of the occurrence of unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure within 7 days from the occurrence thereof. In the event that the suspension of services should be prolonged for a period longer than 15 days, the customer will have the option to cancel the order and will be reimbursed any sums already paid.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These general conditions of sale are governed by Italian law. In case of disputes arising from the interpretation, validity and / or execution of these general conditions of sale, the customer has the right to protect their interests through a consumer association in the forms of the article 140 of the Consumer Code, or initiating a settlement out of court for the resolution of disputes concerning consumption pursuant to art. 141 of the Consumer Code. It is without prejudice however to the customer the option of taking legal action for the settlement of disputes arising from the interpretation, validity and / or execution of these general conditions of sale and in this case, the local jurisdiction will be that of judge of the Court of Bari.
